Hello ya'all (i just love this picture it brings out the real me.. )

Stuff to follow up on..

1. Vision statement and purpose.. how to determine the vision.. what is it you see the ministry being in 3, 5 ,7,11,13,23, etc.. years from now.. describe in a short sentence what is is the group will look like, act like, respond to. etc..

2. Listing the Core values or those things that need to be in place in order for you to succeed in your vision the ministry.

3. Question for Brad.. start thinnking.. Make them hard.. and very fuzzy.. i like to see him really think.. if we pull hard enough he will give us stuff that isnt off the top but the core of who he is and why he succeeds.

4. Youth Corner
A. Bulletin board .. I like the start keep it up. Formal pics sports etc.. i love what you got going.
B. Bulletin for services. (what is the youth doing, when where in the bulletin fancy and youthy.)
